  • The information, recommendations, and services provided through Genesis World Health are for educational and informational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
  • Our AI-generated care plans, health assessments, and recommendations do not constitute medical adviceand should not replace consultation with qualified healthcare professionals.
  • Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider before starting any new treatment, making changes to existing treatment, taking supplements, or with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
  • Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on our platform or received from our AI agents.
  • If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.

We do not provide medical diagnoses, prescriptions, or emergency medical services. Our platform connects users with licensed healthcare providers, but the ultimate responsibility for all medical decisions rests with you and your healthcare providers.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable law

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration and Responsibilities

You must create an account to access most of our Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security

Account Restrictions

  • You may not share your account with others
  • You may not create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
  • You may not use automated systems to access our Services without permission
  • You may not transfer or sell your account to another person

5. Subscription Plans and Payment Terms

Subscription Tiers

Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your subscription plan
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise specified

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with at least 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of our Services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds or credits for partial months or unused services
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your paid period

Our platform provides the following services:

  • AI Care Plans: Personalized wellness recommendations generated by our AI agent council, incorporating multiple healing modalities
  • Progress Tracking: Tools to monitor habits, symptoms, and wellness metrics over time
  • Educational Library: Curated collection of evidence-based health resources
  • Provider Network: Access to licensed healthcare professionals for consultations (availability varies by subscription tier)
  • E-Commerce: Marketplace for supplements, wellness products, and lab testing services
  • AI Shopping Assistants: Personalized product recommendations based on your care plan

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time with reasonable notice.

7. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Use our Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
  • Scrape, mine, or harvest data from our platform without permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Services
  • Use our Services to harm, harass, or discriminate against others
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent health information
  • Engage in any activity that could harm the reputation of Genesis World Health

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and legal action.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and data compilations, are the exclusive property of Genesis World Health or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any health information, reviews, or other content you submit through our Services. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and process such content solely for the purpose of providing our Services to you.

Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our express written permission.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, or products (such as Stripe for payments, supplement providers, lab testing services, or educational resources). 10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Warranties

  • We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components
  • We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or recommendations provided through our Services
  • We do not guarantee specific health outcomes or results from using our Services
  • AI-generated recommendations are based on algorithms and may not account for all individual factors
  • We are not responsible for the actions or advice of healthcare providers in our network

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Genesis World Health, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
  • Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
  • We are not liable for any harm resulting from your reliance on information provided through our platform, including AI-generated recommendations.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Genesis World Health and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your use or misuse of our Services
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any content you submit through our Services
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Extended periods of inactivity
  • Requests by law enforcement or government agencies
  • Unexpected technical or security issues

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall survive.

14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days before initiating any formal proceedings.

Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and us individually. To the full extent permitted by law, no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other, and there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis or to utilize class action procedures.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through a prominent notice on our platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of our Services.

17. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on our Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Genesis World Health concerning our Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to our Services.
